FCCAU is a faith-based and civic organization that provides safe emergency shelter and fellowship to homeless and low income individuals in Harford County, Maryland.

FCCAU operates two facilities:

• the Welcome One Emergency Shelter in Riverside
• the Welcome One Fellowship Center in Edgewood

FCCAU also offers a variety of services to support self sufficiency.
